The OSCAR or Outer Suburban CAR (or H set) are shared with (and primarily operated by) NSW TrainLink. It is a class of electric multiple unit built by UGL Rail in New South Wales, Australia. These sets operate services from Sydney to Newcastle, Kiama and Springwood. The first set entered service in December 2006 and the last in December 2012. They are formed into 55 four-carriage sets. They are similar to the Fourth Generation Millennium train but are more suited to longer distances.
